Body language and the signs of attraction that a woman shows can be one of the hardest things to decipher. Women can show their attraction and interest in many ways, some of which can be very subtle. For the average guy, a woman’s signs of attraction and her body language are two things that they know very little about.
You need to have experience to be able to really pick up on a woman’s body language and her signs of attraction. Not only that, you have to have some basic idea of what to look for as well. While there is some science to being able to read a woman’s body language, it is not an absolute science. One thing that you need to keep in mind is that a woman’s signs of attraction have to be stacked together most of the time to get a really accurate read. One little smile, one little flirtation is not always enough to really determine if a woman likes you.
There can be multiple meanings to body language, and this is usually what ends up catching guys off guard. They assume that she likes them for one reason or another, and the truth is, she is not showing attraction at all.
The cool thing is, there is a song and dance to the way that people interact and show interest in someone, so you can learn what to look for.
These are a few of the more common body language signs of attraction that a woman will give off when she is interested in a man:
1. Look to see if her body shifts so that she is getting closer to you.
It’s usually a good sign when a woman seems like she wants to get closer to you, though there is something else that you need to know. When a woman considers a guy to be just a friend and she feels really comfortable with him because she knows that nothing will happen, she will also get really close to him. So, this sign by itself really is not a clear cut signal that she wants you, but it is good to pay attention to.
2. Look to see if she is actively “grooming” herself to make herself look better for you.
She might adjust her clothing, she might play around with her hair. She might do other things to try and make herself appear more attractive to you. Again, this one comes with a caveat. A lot of the things that can look like she is grooming herself can also be just nervous ticks that she has. When a lot of women feel uncomfortable, awkward, or nervous… they will do a lot of the same things.
3. Sometimes a woman will purse her lips as if she is ready to be kissed when she is listening to a guy she likes and they are pretty close together.
This can be a pretty hard sign to pick up on, and it is one that you usually have to be looking for to spot. When you are really close to a woman, have a look at what she is doing with her lips. If she is kind of pursing them, then it could very well be a subconscious signal that she wants to be kissed. This can be a good sign to watch out for so that you know when to make your move and kiss her.
Like I said before, you really need to see these signs of attraction stacked together if you want to get conclusive signals that a woman is into you. By no means is it a must that you learn to read a woman’s body language, but it does make a lot of things seem easier, like knowing when to make your move on her, and when to kiss a woman.
